What is a Kaizen Event?

In a Kaizen, we identify problem issues using root cause analysis and drive systemic improvements. A charter based on measurable results is built in the process. In the first step, TPS scopes each Kaizen Event to find its boundaries and then, in accordance with the collaboratively developed charter, gives you the ability to compare your measurable results in 30, 60 and 90 day periods.
